Ticket Policy

These are TICKETLESS UPGRADES. Ticketless Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the Upgrade to be valid.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue 30 minutes to an hour prior to the public door time. Confirmed early entry details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you have not received this email the day before your event - please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you get that information.

All items will be given to you at the concert. If you miss the concert entirely, Spiritbox and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing the upgrade items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
