If you do not have this information 2 days before the event, please email customerservice@soundrink.com to ensure we get this to you. If you miss the VIP session, you can get you VIP merch at Beartooth's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Beartooth & Sound Rink are NOT responsible for mailing these items to you.
