Ticket Policy

These are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid.

VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. All items will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Dream Theater's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Dream Theater and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.
